One the glories of Maritime agriculture is our fine textured and mild flavoured local lamb. The Northumberland Lamb Market Co-operative plant in Bible Hill, recently upgraded and in receipt of a federal license, serves about 90 sheep farms across the region and supplies Sobeys with consistently excellent fresh lamb.
